Website delivery and server logs

When this website is requested, the server may process your IP address, request time, requested resource, response status, referrer and browser information. This is necessary to deliver the website, maintain reliable operation and investigate misuse or security incidents. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only for as long as required for these operational and security purposes and are then deleted or anonymised.

External media and links

Articles may contain images, videos, advertisements or links supplied by third parties. Loading externally hosted media can disclose your IP address, request time, browser information and the referring page to the relevant provider. YouTube embeds use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain where supported. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under their own privacy terms.

Email enquiries

If you contact Matchfeeds by email, your contact details and message are processed to answer the enquiry and handle any follow-up. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR or, where the enquiry concerns a possible agreement, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Messages are deleted when they are no longer required, subject to legal retention and documentation obligations.

Privacy-friendly analytics

Matchfeeds uses a self-hosted Umami service at analyze.exagine.com to understand aggregate website usage. The analytics request may process the visited page, referrer, browser and device information, and the IP address needed to transmit the request. No analytics cookies are set. Processing is based on our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the publication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or object to processing. Contact admin@trendities.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

This privacy notice was last updated on 4 October 2026 and will be revised when the website or its data processing changes.
